My Alden Wilmot family of NJ came from Brooklyn,NY, Stamford,CT, and New Haven,CT. They arrived from England in the 1600's. My Joseph G. Walton family of NJ came from Muncy,PA, Byberry County,PA. They arrived from Oxhill, Warwickshire, England in the late 1600's. My husband's Willie Clarence Koon(Kuhn),Sr. family of Leesville & Gilbert,SC, Dutch Fork, Newbery,SC. They arrived from Dielstorf, Zurich, Switzerland in mid 1770's. My husband's Oliver Bennett Addy(Ade) family came from Cedar Grove,SC. arriving from Tubingen, Wurttemberg, Germany on "Two Brothers" ship in 1738 in Savannah,GA. Research comes from family history, cemetery plots, census records, birth & death certificates. Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share information that I have. |
