This was taken at my grandmother's house on March 6, 1996 on her 98th birthday. She is a another descendant of Thomas Tugwell and the was the oldest living granchild of Arthur A. Powers of Palmyra/Montgomery/TN. She was born March 6, 1898 and died January 31, 2001 at 102. She remained "still sharp as a tack."
