This is the Coat of Arms for the family of my second great-grandfather, Joseph A. Rogers who was married to Mary Ann Tuggle, my second great-grandmother. Mary Margaret Rogers Powers is my great-grandmother and the mother of Jennie Carlyle Powers Koon. Jennie Carlyle Powers Koon would have been 103 on March 6, 2001 before she died on January 31, 2001.
