It has been very difficult for me to scan and add this to this site! It is the last picture taken of my most beloved grandmother, Jennie Carlyle Powers Koon (1898-2001) and me, Wiley Emmett Koon, Jr. (1963-present). This was taken at Christmas of 1998. She is holding the only "blood" grandchild of her son, Wiley Emmett Koon, MD (my father - 1928-present) and Clovis O'Deal Word Koon (1932-1973) by my youngest brother, Richard Eric Koon (1967- present) and Kathy Lynn Koon. This was taken at my father's home, "ValHalla". Holidays are just not the same without my grandmother! I love you Hudson and Grandmamma! Love "Little Wiley"
