This is a picture of my Uncle Louis Lee Koon, CPA (1922-1997) during World War II where he received the "Purple Heart" while serving in the European Theatre. I don't know who the other two in the picture are, but Uncle Louis is on the bottom left-hand side. We are all very proud of him and miss him very much. He was the son of Alpheus Cary Koon, MD (1890-1953), and my belove Grandmother, Jennie Carlyle Powers Koon (1898-2001).
