All pictured are the grandchildren Wiley Harrison Koon (April 21, 1856-October 17, 1939), and Susan Nancy Wilson Koon (June 20, 1865-December 17, 1912). Wiley Harrison Koon is the one of the children of Absalom Koon (1822-1865, CSA), and Lavinia Amanada Taylor Koon (1825-1906). They are all decsendants of every report on this site, save the descedants of Thomas Tugwell and Ann Koon (wife of James Koon). L-R: Laverne Koon Bryan (1922-present), daughter of Henry Koon (1887-1953), and Mattie Baxter (1890-1941), and grandaughter of Wiley Harrison Koon; Emily Koon Allard (1930-present), daughter of Alpheus Cary Koon, MD (1890-1953), and Jennie Carlyle Powers Koon (1898-2001), grandaughter of Wiley Harrison Koon; Ann Koon, wife of James Koon, son of Horace Koon (died 1934)who was the son of Wiley Harrison Koon. This reunion is held the second Saturday of March each year for all the descendants of Absalom Koon and Lavinia Amanda Taylor Koon. Great pic!
