| This is the result of my research of my Kord lineage. I have to thank my uncle Michael Kord for providing a lot of the information and pictures that made this website possible. The Kord history starts with Frederick Kord Sr. who was born in Schlieffenberg, Mecklenberg. He married Carolina Heinrica Schultz. They came to America on the S.S. Hammonia and landed in New York on July 2, 1861. From there my family has spread to many parts of the United States. I hope this information can help anyone studying the Kord lineage and if anyone has additional information it would be greatly appreciated. |
