I am researching direct ancestors of my four grandparents; Andrew Kormos, Sophie Tymchak, Marvin Bragdon, and Minnie Shorey. My Kormos lineage (Valentinus Kormos and Maria Hetes) I have traced back to the early 1800's in Lubotin, Slovakia. My Tymzcak lineage (John or maybe a European form of John Tymczak and Favronia Wolenska) can be traced to the early 1900's when they separately came over from Ukraine (or maybe from or through Austria). My Bragdon lineage (Frank Henry Bragdon and Rubie Jordan) has alot of roots, that I am tackling them one at a time. My Shorey lineage (David A. Shorey and Corrinne Kincaid) has been covered in the book: "Sampson Shore and his Shorey Descendants" by B.E. Shorey.
