The Myron R. Koyle Family of Canton, OH

Researching the descendants and pedigree of
Ephraim Koyl(e) of Windom, VT (c 1752).Other sources have him born in New Hampshire moving after the war to VT.

Looking for any and all information available....particularly the pedigree of Ephraim. He received his Revolutionary War pension in Western Canada (Ontario). He was a veteran of both the Bunker Hill and Ticonderoga campaigns. Served aboard a privateer. The family then migrated West and settled in the area around St Thomas, ON. Part of the family (my line) emigrated back to the U.S. in the 1870's. I can find very little of the Canadian years and the parents of Ephraim; plus, that part of the family that remained in Canada.
