William Kyle was one of the several members of the Kyle clan who travelled to the West from Ontario.With his wife Mary Jane Wood he settled in North Dakota, U.S.A. They were also accompanied by their children,my Grandfather Nathaniel being one of them. They subsequently moved to South EAstern Saskatchewan where my Grandfather and my father John Edgar homestaeded and farmed. Great Grandparents William and Mary Jane eventually moved back to Ontario. William died in1891. Mary Jane died in1927 at the age of 93.
