This tree follows the descendents of Gilles Labenne who married Jacobine Wery in Jumet, Hainaut, Belgium in 1699. In the mid-1880's Gaspart Labenne moved his family to Rich Hill, Missouri. The family eventually settled in Detroit, Michigan by way of Springfield, Illinois.
The families of Antoine Rons and Nestor Collard, who came to the US at the same time as the LaBenne's are closely related by mulitple marriages.
These families are now living in the US from the east coast to the west coast. Any information you can add would be most welcome.
