| A cousin on my mother's side had done an impressive job researching her lineage along the Thacker and Gibson name. This inspired me to add the LaBelle branch to the tree. My attempts at geneaology research were not fruitful unil I found a gentleman in Canada with a book of marriages. He was able to provide me with paternal lineage back to Guillaume Labelle & Anne Charbonneau (m. 11/23/1671). Then I was off and running...well, it's more like crawling. |
