| My parents Giovanni Labriola born Jul. 15, 1889 and Grazia Labriola born Oct. 29, 1898 (her maiden name was also Labriola) were born in Savignano di Puglia, Italy. They are fourth cousins and since they are related they have the same ancestor's starting with the seventh generation. To follow Giovanni's ancestors starting in the 7th generation Click the genealogy report for Nicola Maria Labriola. Click "Next Page" down to the 7th generation. Nicola Dominico is Giovanni's 2nd great grandfather. To see Giovanni's ancestors in decending order click the number to the left of the name in the following sequence. No. 8, 11, 23, 54, 104, 189. Number 189 shows the Children of Giovanni And Grazia Labriola. To follow Grazia Labriola's ancestors Staring in the 7th generation click in the following sequence No. 9, 17, 38, 89, 165. All of Giovanni's ancestors were born in Savignano. Grazia's paternal ancestors were also born in Savignano and Grazia's maternal ancestors were born in Greci, Italy. Greci is a hill town across the road from Savignano. Luigi Deprospo A professor From Rome (my second cousin) researched the first 9 generations of my ansestors. Luigi gave me this information when I was in Rome in 1978. Through the Latter-Day-Saints History Center I have verfied all my Ancestors and their siblings that were Born in Savignano di Pulglia, Italy Starting with the Seventh (7) generation. All of my ancestor's born in Greci were also verified through the Latter-Day-Saints History Center. Family members have verified all descendants born in the USA. The Labriola Family Tree goes back 15 generations. The Marinaccio Family Tree goes back 10 generations I still have all of the microfilm civil records from 1809 through 1910 for Savignano and Greci Italy. There're stored at the North Canton, Ohio Latter-Day Saints History Center. Anyone living in the Canton area is welcome to view these microfilms. If your not familiar with the History Center you can e-mail me for help. For anyone outside of the Canton area that would like to have their info verified and /or would like to research your ancestors can e-mail me for help (no charge). More coming!!! |
