Here you will find some brief information about the family connects between Harold Bruce Dillman's Ancestors and Alma May Folkard's Ancestors.
Dillman was also spelt: Dilman, Dilmann, Dillmann, Deihlman, and maybe even Tilman, Tillman, Tillmann, and Tilmann.
The Dillmans were possibly Quakers and farther back connected to the Huegenots. There is a strong German connection to the name. I only have this line back to 1854, and possibly back a little farther but no proof of the connections yet. I hope to find more information on this line.
Folkard was also spelt: Folkert, Folker, Folkerd, Falkerd, and Folkart.
The Folkards came from Suffolk, England. Unfortunately, I have little info on this line as of yet.
Faulkner was also spelt: Fawknerer, Falconer, Faulker, Falkner, Falkiner, Falconer and sever others.
The Faulkners came from Lincolnshire England and I have this line back to 1651, thanks to a distant cousin.
