I am looking for information on my Grandfather Fredrick Carl Lacey. He was born in Ohio, July 22, 1888. On his childern's birth certificates he listed several birth places: East Liverpool, East Palestine and East Fairfield, Ohio. His parents were William and Nancy (Buffington) Lacey. Nancy died Oct. 6, 1892 in Negley, Ohio.Fredrick entered the military service in New Waterford, Ohio in 1910. I would like to find information on William and Nancy Lacey also.
