Notes for Clarsje Lamberts:
Claesje's marriage intention in 1637 says she was from Amsterdam. The first marriage on 08 May, 1616 took place in the Old Church in Amsterdam (DTB 969: N.P.; FHL 0113353), and it reads as follows: "23 April, 1616. Appeared as before, Eenrich Melcherss, lace worker, about 21 years old, attended by Melchert Juriaenszn, and Celitjen Hendrickxsdochter, his father, and mother, living near Raembrugge on the Koningsgracht, on the one side, and Claesjen Lamberts, from Wolvega, about 19 years old, attended by Lambert Janss, his father, and Hendrickjen Jans, her mother, on the other side. Signed: Heindrick Melsen, bride signed by mark" (Marriage Intentions 420:75; FHL 0113188). The second marriage intention of Claesje Lamberts reads as follows: "06 May, 1637. Appeared as before, Roeloff Janss, from Oudemarkckte (in the Province Overijsssel), tailor's apprentice, 27 years old, living in the Annenstraat. In the margin: She declared to the orphans court". On 15 May, 1637 the third Bann was read (446:176; FHL 0113197).
