She was born Abt. 1783 in Cherrystone Creek, Pittsylvania County, VA, and died August 03, 1834 in Brier Creek, Kanawha County, VA(WV).

The will for John Lacy valued his property and possessions to be about $165.01. This land and his possessions were auctioned off for the sum 0f $196.92. There is a record of his marriage bond and I have a copy of it.

John moved to Kanawha County VA(WV) by 1820. His family was here with him by then.
One source says that John may have been born in Halifax Couny, VA.
