Dates, Names recorded on back of picture in Garst Library, Greenville. The picture is identical to one which was brought from Ohio by Phoebe's granddaughter, Phoebe Hiller Stillwell , to MO. The picture has remained in the family from the late 1800s until the present generation when it was identified by the match in the Garst Library at Greenville, OH. It was taken by the E. V. Mote Photographers studio in Greenville, OH about 1790. Identified by Jean Ladd.
