searching in Illinois and Indiana for the following surnames: Kerner, Gusenberger, Zahnen, Noesges, LaDeur, Hoeckner. The earliest dates I have are 1850, trying to find ancestors in Prussia, and on my father's side, that is Ladeur in California about 1875 and in Wisconsin, the Hoeckner family about 1880, somewhere near Sheboygan.
