I am searching for my gr grandfather Frank SWEET who married Harriet "Hattie" Delong in the early to mid 1880's.I was told that they lived in Lanesville, NY Greene County.They had 4 children:
George L. SWEET (my grandfather) md Martha Bastian
Isabel SWEET md Robert Clough
Frank SWEET Jr md Ethel Elliott
Edward SWEET md Edith Carpenter
They moved to Watertown, NY Jefferson County.The earliest telephone listing I found for them was 1911.Harriet was listed as head of household and living with her was George, Frank Jr. and Edward.
Where was Frank SWEET Sr.??????Were they divorced????Did he pass away????.It seems like he just vanished in thin air!!!!
