I'm working on both sides of My Family: Dad's side "The LaGrange" which includes; Brewers, Ditmas, Banta, Covert, Boone, Voris, Walker, FreemanOn my Mom's side "The Walker Family" which includes; Jones, Chastain, Shannon, McNeil, Morton, Gordon, Reid, McLean, Dean.

I'm really looking for kin on the Covert side of the family. Isaac Covert born in 1777 in NJ is as far back as I can get. He married Anna Van Arsdale.

I was born in Rio Grande City, Texas. My parents came from Indiana. The family lines come from New York, New Jersey to Penn. then to Kentucky and then to Indiana.
