She was born November 22, 1793, and died March 22, 1868 in Henry County, Indiana - Lake family cemetery.

Notes for JEREMIAH LAKE:
Jeremiah moved from Harrison County, West Virginia (then Virginia) to Henry County, Indiana near Rogersville in Stony Creek Township in 1834 or 1835. His Bible is owned by Martin Lake of Swayzee, Indiana. This Bible is the source of the above information. Polly was the daughter of John Bailey. They are both buried in the Lake family cemetery in Indiana.
