She provided names of parents as Lorinc Bendes & Julianna Nemeth. She said Steve was born in Acsalag in Transdanubian, Hungary on 12 Dec 1888. He was baptized Istvan (Stephen) Bendes. His godmother was Julianna Pinter and Godfather was Istvan Csiszar. Priest was Sandor (Alex) Szemethy. In the Roman Catholic Church in the Gyor Diocese in Sopron.
Info provided to her by 83 year old aunt. The word Zseller is used in connection with Lorinc Bendes' name.
