|Welcome Family and Friends
As you'll be able to tell from the information gathered at this site that Thom and Leigh Ann have been busy researching their their respective families.
On Thom's side of the family, we're researching the Lambert family of Ripon, WI. Ceylon Peter Lambert (Thom's paternal grandfather, b.06 Jun 1884), along with his brothers, Charles and Ernest and their sister, Ruth, were born in Ripon. Ceylon later married Mary Alice O'Brien (b. 19 Jul 1891 - PA). Their children are Robert Montfort Lambert and Mary Jean Lambert.
Also on his side, are the Gradys and Cantons of Columbus, OH.
Patrick Grady had 9 children (Thomas, Michael,Harry, William, Helen, Anna, James, Joseph, Margaret). Thomas married Gertrude Canton. Gertrude's grandfather (Thomas Canton) and wife had 4 children (Andrew, Thomas, Angela and Elizabeth). Andrew and his wife Mary MEEHAN had 9 children (Gertrude, Emma, Mamie, Helen, Elizabeth, Louise, Raymond, Pearl (Male) and Thomas.
In addition to all of this is Leigh Ann's family:
On her Father's family we have the Martin's of Shaft, PA (later Seymour, CT). Her paternal great-grandparents were John Martin/Maria Dubravscak and John Kobon/Amelia Biscoe. John and Maria's children are Stephen, Michael, Mary and Elizabeth. John and Amelia's children are Susan, Anna, Eva and Julia. There are many relatives living in and around the Seymour/Derby/New Haven areas of Connecticut.
And on her Mother's family we have the Lizak's (Andrew Sr. m. Katherine Turk (d. Hungary early 1900's) whose son, Andrew Lizak Jr. married Helen Kovacs (her parents were Stephen Kovacs and Veronika Gulyas). There are many relatives living in and around the Bridgeport/Fairfield/Monroe areas of Connecticut.
