Hello and welcome to the Lambrou Family tree. My name is Nicholas Lambrou and I am a 3rd generation Greek Cypriot born in Australia. Growing up I spent many years listening and learning from grandparents and other elderley people from Cyprus. I find it fascinating that such a small island has been around for so many years, has contributed so much to the world and because of its strategic location in the middle of the Mediterranean, has been a much wanted country by so many other empires.
For those of you who know me, you'd know that I am person very in touch with my cultural and religious beliefs and also that my family are my #1 priority. This is probably the main reason I continue to develop my family tree.
I dedicate this website to the loving memory of my Grandfather Haralambos Lambrou who sadly passed away in July 2003. Without his teachings, this website would clearly not be possible! I love you pops and miss you heaps!
