I am searching Fred Henry Hamann, married to Minnie Goeske.
He was born January 23, 1864 in Holstein, Germany. He came to America with his parents when he was seven years old. The family settled in Remsen, IA. In 1893 they went to Rock County, MN, where he farmed until 1913, when he moved to Deuel County, Clean Lake, South Dakota. They farmed there for about six years. They returned to Luverne, MN in 1920.
On January 3, 1893, Fred and Minnie (Goeske) were married, in Luverne, MN.
Eight children were born of this marriage. Gustav, Theodore, Fred, Della, Minnie, Kathryn, Walter and Henry.
Their son Fred C. Hamann was my father. Would appreciate any information on them.
I am willing to share the information that I have.
