This family research is about the African American Brights that started out on a James Bright plantation maybe in Kentucky or West Virginia and ended on a plantation in Brunswick and King William Counties belonging to a Joseph Travis. Joseph Travis was willed these slaves from his father and grandfather Edward Champion Travis.

Any information will be greatly appreciated. As you can see I am willing to share any and all information I have, So please help if you can.
