Mrs. Landers dies at son's home Wednesday.

Mrs. Middie Anne Landers 69 years of age died Wednesday morning at the home of her son Lawrence Landers a few miles northeast of Plano, with whom she had made her home for a number of years. Deceased was a native of Arkansas. She had lived in South Collins for the past twenty five years. Her husband preceded her to the grave many years ago as did also two of her children. Five children survive as follows. Mrs. Zoa Thompson of Jacksonville, Texas, J. S. Landers of Paris, Texas, Mrs Katie Clark of Melbourne, Arkansas, Lawrence Landers of Plano, Texas and Lewis Landers of Emporia, Kansas. She also has a brother living in South Texas and two sisters who live in West Texas. Mrs. Landers was a member of the Methodist Church. Funeral services were held today in the Wilson Chapel Methodist Church, five miles east of McKinney. Conducted by Rev. Pitts of Dallas. Interment followed in the Wilson Chapel Cemetery.
