"ROBERT RICHARDSON, 500 acs. Accomack Co., at the head of Occahannock Cr., 5 Apr. 1666, p. 494, (605). Bounding Swd. of 450 acs. that was formerly Richard Smiths, now in possession of the sd. Robert &c., running N. by E. unto land formerly Richard Budicks (or Birdick) &c. to the slashes at the head of James his br. unto land now in possession of sd. Richardson. Trans. of 10 pers: 3 Negroes; Robt. Richardson, Tobias Bull, Eliz. Passell, Sarah Passell, Katharine Stubbs, WM. FETHERSTONE, Sebilla Bullock."

LDS Records have Wlm Fetherston christened on 7/31/1642 in Hampton in Arden, Warwick, England. His parents are listed as Thomas Fetherston and Ann, who were married 6/30/1627 in All Saints, West Bromich, Stafford, England.

The following LDS record was the only one "on file" that matched the generally "accepted" approximate year of birth, previously known/supplied for this William, which was about 1642. (However, corroborating proof is still needed to verify, if indeed this William is a descendant of the Packwood Branch~~To date, no disputing evidence has been uncovered.)

  Notes for Jane Featherstone:
Per Carol Houston, in Texas, on Sunday October, 25, 1998, a William Featherstone was transported to Accomack Co., Virginia in January 1664/1665 by Robert Richardson. Apparently this William had a daughter named Jane who married 1st John Cross and had a son William, she then married a 2nd time (after 1731) Francis Hardyman. (Need to cross-reference and double-check all this information).
