Notes for Alexander (Bink) Frederick Langley: Bink, as he was always known was a wonderful man. My Father. He served as a cook in the army. He did various jobs in his life which meant we never went hungry. His last job was as a Bookmaker. He played cricket for Kilburn & used to take us kids along. It was great. Apparently he was also a good footballer but I never saw him play. I must have inherited my sweet tooth from him because he was always buying sweets on every outing or at least, every Sunday. As a Bookie he was held up at gunpoint at his shop in London. We used to go to the dog track with him where Jimmy & I used to collect all the discarded betting tickets. Usually the White City track. Love you Dad. See you later.
