Albert Tangiers Jubilee Langley. 1920- present
Albert Tangiers Langley (son of Charles James Langley and Emily (Emma) Dukes) was born 08 May 1920 in Paddington, London, and died 01 October 2001 in Welwyn Garden City, Herts. He married Florence Irvine on 24 December 1941 in Paddington Registry Office.
Notes for Albert Tangiers Langley: I suppose you could call Albert the clown because he always laughs, tells jokes & has a story or two for us kids. You always knew when he arrived, his voice would carry through the whole house reverberating off the walls. He became a publican which is what he did at his retirement. And then there is Aunt Flo. Always had fun at the parties & was as sweet as you could want. I enjoyed visiting them in Welwyn Garden City where she would always make tea & sandwiches, generally tomato. Thanks for allowing me to be in your family. Just prior to his death he was diagnosed with cancer, but died of pneumonia. The last of "The 8 Boys" He went to school at Gordon Memorial on Cambridge Road, Kilburn.
