2. JACOB RUSSELL² WOLF (JACOB¹) was born August 11, 1880 in Shippensburg, Pa., and died July 1949 in Ravenna, Ohio. He married LIDA ALMA RHINEHART September 08, 1903 in Ravenna, Ohio, daughter of ELI RHINEHART and ELIZABETH MILLER. She was born October 17, 1888 in Kent, Ohio, and died November 07, 1953 in Ravenna, Ohio.

Notes for JACOB RUSSELL WOLF:
Jacob Russell Wolf, Sally's paternal grandfather, came to Ravenna, Ohio at the begining of the 20th Century to work for the railroad, building bridges. It appears from old photographs the house at 322 Franklin St. was new when he and his young wife Lida Rhinehart moved in. Both his children, Jacob and Marguerite were born in the house. His daughter, Marguerite, Sally's Aunt, was tragically killed in an automobile accident in 1929 when she was only 20 years old. He later ran a junkyard in Ravenna off Highland Ave. along with his brother-in law Chauncey Rhinehart, who lived in a small shack on the junkyard property. When he passed away in 1949, the junkyard was passed on to his son, Jacob Eli Wolf, Sally's father, who also took possession of the family house on Franklin St.
