The Lapps and Rogers of Ontario, Canada

This is a work in progress of the Lapp family history. So far, I have found information back to 1733 when Johannes Lapp (my great x6 grandfather) and his wife, Hanne Chrisina sailed to America on the Pink Lady of Dublin from Rotterdam. The search for ancestors further back ends there.

I am also researching the Rogers family history as well. My great x 5 grandfather was Timothy Rogers who is believed to be the first settler in the town of Newmarket, Ont. Canada.
