| I am researching all family lines of LARUE in general and the ancestors and descendants of ISOM / ISHAM LARUE 1815-1876 specifically. ISOM / ISHAM LARUE is believed to have been born in Greene County, Kentucky on January 06, 1815. He lived in Crawford County, Missouri in the 1830's and in Barry County, Missouri in the 1840's. He located to Little Hope, Wood County, Texas about 1852. He first married ELIZABETH SHOEMATE and had 4 known children: MARY, E.W., WILLIAM J., and SOUSAN J. He second married HENRIETTA(believed to be SHOEMATE) and had 7 children: HARRIET EMELINE, THOMAS JEFFERSON, JOHN HARRISON, SAMUEL JAMES, ISHAM CHRISTOPHER, CATA LOUIS, and GEORGE WASHINGTON. He third married HARRIET FLANAGAN DANIEL and had 4 additional children: ELMINA, FRANCIS MARION, WILLIAM JACKSON and JENCY EVALINE. SAMUEL JAMES LARUE had a son named JOHN HOLCOMB LARUE. JOHN HOLCOMB LARUE had a son named WILLIAM HOLCOMB LARUE. WILLIAM HOLCOMB LARUE had three sons, WILLIAM THOMAS LARUE, JAMES GORDON LARUE and JOSEPH DEAN LARUE. Will share information with all interested parties. |
