The Wallen (Walden) and Stanton Families of Oklahoma

General Alexander Walden and Morning Star Williams married about 1841 and had six children. Those who survived produced many generations of ancestors who would like to know more about their lives. Harriet Catherine Walden had two children whose names were changed to Wallen. The history we have compiled to date contains Native American roots and many descendants which only serves to leaves us wanting to know more. One of those descendants recently expressed the of those who search for the past...it seems as if Alexander and Morning are asking ut to tell their story. They are a part of us and expect us to do the best we can to discover all there is to know about them.
