Nancy Lassiter nan.lassiter@prodigy.net	I am researching my ancestry (Allen/McDonald) and my husband's ancestry (Lassiter/McKean). My Allens are from White County, Georgia, and my McDonalds are from South Carolina and Georgia. Scott's Lassiters are from Virginia (Richmond?) and McKeans are from Connecticut and Canada. I've gotten back to a George Alexander McDonald, Dunfermline, Kingdom of Fife, Scotland with no exact birthdate and no information other than an anecdote concerning horse theivery. On the Allen side, I've hit more roadblocks, only getting back two generations to Marion Cicero Allen (m. Lou Densmore) and George Washington Sims (m. Nellie Mae Sims Allen (14 KB) This is my paternal grandmother, probably in her late teens or early twenties. Albert Davie McDonald (10 KB) This is my maternal grandfather, c1940s. Annie Mae White McDonald (12 KB) This is my maternal grandmother, c1940s. George Edwin Allen (2 KB) This is my paternal grandfather, probably around age 20. Our First Kiss (11 KB) Nancy and Scott's first kiss after their wedding ceremony, October 10, 1998.
