Edmund BINGHAM I was born bef 1774(cs) in Surry Co., N.C. He married Lucy BAYS (d/o John BAYS Jr.). Thomas BINGHAM (s/o Stephen BINGHAM Jr. is it THOUGHT to be Edmund's father, but it is only theory at this point....Do you know of a connection?
Edmund and his family moved to Pittsylvania, VA and then on to Green Co., IN. Edmund BINGHAM died a violent death at the hands of "The Regulators". I have some newspaper clippings and articles writen about this incident. After this, the two youngest boys Edmund and George moved to Clark Co., IL. They later married JOHNSON sisters and then moved to the OK/KS territory.

From this point I connect to MORGAN lines, through Matt, William A., and Rynear from Douglas Co., KS. These lines will connect also to ALLEN and RHEINHEART. There is also an interest in FEHRENBACH...found in Ks during the 1800's, but they hail from Germany.

Next I meet the PARRISH line (Riley, Fred E., & James?) of Johnson & Bourbon Co., KS. and includes the names of DAVIS, MOTT, HIGIBE, & STRICKLAND. I located Charles Davis m. to Jemima Mott in Rush Co., IN (1845) but not before that. They are buried in Bourbon Co., KS.

If this isn't enough, I am also looking for information on my husbands family. LASSWELL, from Cuba, IL. & ANDERSON, MARTIN,
LOWE, IRWIN, & BAUGHMAN. Most of these names come from OH & IL

I am happy to share information, pictures, or anything else but am even more excited to have someone help me fill in my blank lines!!!

Isn't this FUN!!!!!
