Bloomer, Sherman Twp., Huron Co. OH, July 1, 1865: Know all Men by these Presents, That we Caroline C. Bloomer as principal, and James Hanford, Coles A Bloomer as surities, of the county of Huron, in the state of Ohio, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Ohio, in the penal sum of Twenty one hundred Dollars, for the payment of which sum will and truly to made to the said State of Ohio, we do bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally by these presents. Sealed with our Seals, and dated the 1st day of July one thousand eight hundred and Sixty Five. The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That if the above named Caroline C. Bloomer appointed by the Probate Court in and for the county and State aforesaid, Administratrix of all and singular the moneys, goods, chattels, rights and credits, which were of Charles B. Bloomer deceased, late of Sherman in the county of Huron, aforesaid, shall FIRST, Make and return into said Probate Court, on oath, within three months, a true inventory of all the moneys, goods, chattels, rights and credits of the deceased, which have or shall come to her possession or knowledge; and also, if required by the Court, an inventory of the real estate of the deceased, and also to make and file in said Court, within the same three months, a bill of the sale of the personal property required to be sold, belonging to said deceased. SECOND: Shall administer according to law, all the moneys, goods, chattels, rights and credits of the deceased, and the proceeds of all the real estate that may be sold for the payment of his debts, which shall at any time come to her possession, or to the possession of any other person for her. THIRD: Shall render, upon oath, a true account of her administration, within eighteen months and at any other times when required by the Court or the law. FOURTH: Shall pay any balance remaining in her hands upon the settlement of her accounts, to such person as the Court or the law shall direct, And, FIFTH: Shall deliver the letters of administration into Court, in case any Will of the deceased shall hereafter be duly proved and allowed; Then this obligation shall be void, otherwise it shall remain in full force and virtue in law, Signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of ) Caroline C.
