The Laughlin/Treadway Family Home Page

We are primarily interested in the Laughlins of Pennsylvania, the Treadways of West Virginia, and the Blevins, Stouts, and Adams of Johnson County, Tennessee.
We believe that Lawrence Joseph Laughlin, Sr., born in June 1850, came to the US from Ireland sometime about 1870. He was married to Katherine Kelly of England.

We have information that Matthew Blevins married Eliza J. Barry in 1838. They had a son named Thomas A. who married Martha E. Adams about 1873.

Sidney Elizabeth Stout married Joseph Pleasant. They had a daughter, Sarah Etta, who married Riley Blevins. I believe that Sidney Elizabeth was from Doe Valley, Tennessee in Johnson County.
