The JoAnn Plowright Lauffenburger Home Page

I am researching both my husbands and my family trees. I have and need information on the following:
The Frederick J. and Magdalena Folleth Lauffenburger Family born in Alsace-Lorraine in 1860 and 1858. Magdalena had two brothers that we know of - Louis Haeckel of Fairmont, MN and Fred Folleth of Palatine, Il.

The Sven & Britta Nelson Johansson Family born in 1833 in Sweden and died in Austin, PA. They had three children: Charlotta Johanna, Johannes & Sophie Johnson. Sophie married a Sherwood and died in Shinglehouse, PA in the flu epidemic of 1918. They had three children: Arthur, Irwin & Everett Sherwood. I need information on their families.

The Gustaf and Inga Kristina Lund Tenglund Family born in 1840 & 1845 in Lundby Parish, Vastergotland, Sweden.

The Gust Alfred and Hedda (Hattie) S. Larson Johnson Family born in 1850 & 1842 in Sweden. They died in Scandia, PA.

The John Plowright Family born 1805 in England. His grandson, my grandfather, Henry E. (Harry) Plowright, born 1884 in England and died in 1934 in North East, PA, married Mary Ann McDermott. I need any information that may be out there on Mary. She died in Manchester, NH in 1945 and was survived by a brother John McDermott of Manchester, NH, four sisters, Mrs. John McCormack of Allerton, MA, Mrs. John Moran of Manchester, NH, Mrs. Helen Wright of Somerville, MA and Elizabeth Sheridan of Ireland. Their parents were Hugh and Anna Kennedy McDermott.

New surnames added Jan. 1999 - Ellstrom, Forsberg, Larson, Lindberg, Munson, Thollander and Williams.

I am still looking for relatives of Mary Ann McDermott.
