I am researching the family line of Peter Laux (Dec. 5, 1809 - May 3, 1870) who immigrated to America in 1844. He and his wife, Elizabeth Marx, settled in Lorain Co., Ohio for a number of years before moving to Wabash twnshp, Jay Co., Indiana in 1860.
