Thombstone inscription, Berwick Cemetery, Berwick, Illinois, states that Thomas died April 12, 1869, Aged 71 years, 3 months, 7 days.

Notes for Hannah M.:
Hannah M. was shown to be Age 43, born in NY, by the 1850 Census Records from Warren County, Illinois, Page 44. Tombstone inscription Berwick Cemetery, Berwick, IL, states: Hannah M. Wife of T.B. Cross Died Sept 7, 1853, Aged 46 years 8 months 7 days. Using this information I have arrived at the date of birth to be Jan 31, 1807. This is not an official date of birth.
Our Family memories always bring the "spoken" information that was passed down through the generations, that there was Indian Blood in our family background. Dale Cross mentioned that his Grandfather talked about an "Indian Princess" back in our third great grandparents. Could that be Hannah M. Information also came from Violet MacDonald Cross and Inez MacDonald Myers about an "Indian Squaw", which would be in the MacDonald family history. Uncle Gerald (Dale Cross' Grandfather) is not a part of the MacDonald family genealogy. Cross or MacDonald? Indian heritage?
