I am researching the Lawrence family, Stephenson, Pelkey, Ormsby, Hardy and Pelkey. Many others also, including Pray, Webb, Black and Cournane or Courtney..I believe the Hardy family was origninally from Vermont. Stephenson's and Pelkey were from Canada. Stephenson's were in England-John Stephenson was in the Battle of Waterloo in 1815. The Ormsby's may have lived in Hull, England or vicinity. The Black and Cournane (Kiernan??) families were from Ireland. I have heard Counties Mayo and Kerry.

I am interested in anything on any of the above. Also I am looking for the Are Milo Williams came from and his first wife's name. Probably in the 1830's or 40's.
