I'm looking for my Grandparents. August W Anderson was born in Vastra Torup Sweden, January 1, 1862, and came to the USA in 1879, leaving behind one sister and two brothers. He settled in Iowa for a short time before moving to Brunswick township, Minnesota about 1889. August married Ingebord Orre, October 11, 1887, and they had 9 children. August died December 29, 1945.
Rev E O Larsen first appears in Marinette, Wisconsin. Date unknown. He married Josephine Johnson, and they lived in Minneapolis. My father, Mentor Conrad Lawson, was born April 4, 1900, and he married Alvina R Anderson. I was in Minneapolis about two years before my folks moved to Washington state in 1930.

I'm trying to locate the roots of August W Anderson in Sweden, and what the beginnings of the Lawson/Larsen/Johnson/kjonnegaard families are. I believe they started in or near Vasa, Norway.
