The David Leatherman Family Home Page

Many years ago, my Grandfather gave me a book published in 1940 titled "All Leatherman Kin". Using this book I can trace my (Leatherman)lineage all the way back to the Elder Daniel Leatherman circa 1727. I am trying to trace this lineage back to Palatinate, Landau area in Germany.
My Grandfather, Henry Johnathon Leatherman, married Anna Mae Medly of Leipsic, Ohio. I am having difficulty tracing the Medly lineage. Region is Ohio, Penn and MD.

I also need help with the James McConnel "Cohn" Cain(m: Ethyl Schwartz) family of Leipsic, Ohio, circa 1920 to 1950. Region is Ohio, Penn and Maryland Information on my lineage can be found on WFT Volume 4, Tree# 2212.

I would appreciate any assistance and I am willing to share any updated information on the above lineage I have. There is new information on the Cain Family.
