| I am researching my Leaneagh side that comes from Peter Lenagh born in Ireland about 1837. He came to the St. Charles, MO area. He married Emily Iott in St. Charles. Both of them died in St. Charles leaving 7 children in the hands of their grandparents, Elionetta Janis and Sefroy Iott, taking them to the Dakota Territory about 1885. I am tracing the Leaneagh/Lenagh/Lynaugh family history from Ireland, and all branches from England (Elwell), France (Janis, Iott, Thibault, Barada, Cote), Scotland (Palmer), Norway (Admundson), and Germany (Shaddle). |
