Notes for JOHN LEATHERMAN: Page 548 ALL LEATHERMAN KIN HISTORY ing this road of all flesh, don comment my soul to my God hoo gives it son my body may be desently Intared at the decration of my Relations and Executors doo Leave and bequeath my Estat and Chattles as follows, (viz) First that all my Legal Debts be duly paid and if it please God that say wife Hanney Should Survive mee after my Death Shee is to have all my Rail Estate with all that I possess of Chattles and incomes partaining thereunto soo long as She lives and at the death of my wife the Pleas Places that I now live on to fall unto Christian Leatheman Ould son of Peter Leatherman my Brother now living in County and Settlement above mentioned and I leave and bequeath to Brazele Teegarden thirty pounds which is to be paid to Same by Adam Rival for Value Received from John Leatherman the Testator and if we both should die all my chattles to be equally as my Executors shall see cause to my Brother’s children.
