I am researching the Rechtien family who came to Missouri during the 1850's, and mainly settled in the St. Louis area. The family consisted of 6 children: Christine, Bernhard, Herman, Joseph, Benedict, & Clemens. Census records indicate they were from Hanover, Germany.
In addition, I'm researching any Lebbing families who migrated from Germany and also settled in St. Louis, Missouri.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
