I started tracing my family history about 5 years ago and I am currently tracing lines in Lincolnshire, Staffordshire and Bedfordshire among other counties.
I have just started to trace my partner's family history and this has added Lancashire and Durham to the list of search areas.

EMERY (Newcastle under Lyme, STF 17-20C), got as far as John Amry who died in 1682.

He married Eliza PETTIFOR prior to 1838 when their son Adam George SMITH was born. George may have been born at Morpeth in Northumberland about 1809.
