Lee Funeral is held
      Funeral services for Percy Bilbo Lee, 66, were held Monday at Capps Funeral Home chapel with Revs. Randy McHan and William M. Bowman officiating.
      He died suddenly Feb. 7 of an apparent heart attack.
      Lee was born Aug. 15, 1909, at Tylertown, son of Wyatt Alexander and Julia Rushing Lee. He married the former Emma Kennedy, who survives him.
      OTHER SURVIVORS include one son, Percy W. Lee, Zachary, La.; three daughters, Mrs. Hilda Mae Hall, Tylertown, Mrs. Mary Lou Fortenberry, Tylertown, Mrs. Irma Jean Broom, Columbia; two brothers, Floyd and Cullen Lee, Tylertown; three sisters, Mrs. Mamie Swan, Osyka, Mrs. Clarence Greer, Pascagoula, Mrs. O. C. Holliday, Tylertown; 10 grandchildren.
      Pallbearers were Bennie Hugh Jarrell, Jimmy E. Johnson, Thomas Boyd, Jim Smith, James Lang, Lem Stinson.

Marlon “Shorty” Hall, 78, of Tylertown, died April 16, 2006, at his residence.

Services were 1:30 p.m. today at Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home in Tylertown, with the Rev. Randall Griffin, the Rev. Steve Sanford and the Rev. O.J. Seal officiating. Burial is in Tylertown Cemetery.

Mr. Hall was born Nov. 18, 1927, in Walthall County to Jesse Leroy and Ora Olivia Hall.

He was a retired body and fender man, a member of Lexie Baptist Church and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was also a board member of the American Quarterhorse Association and was a member of the American Legion Saddle Club.
Mr. Hall was preceded in death by his parents and two grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Hilda Lee Hall of Tylertown; one son and daughter-in-law, Toney and Cathy Hall of Tylertown; one daughter and son-in-law, Mel and Skipper Anderson of Tylertown; one sister, Louise McKenzie of McComb; his mother-in-law, Emma Lee of Tylertown; his adoptive family, James and Annette Norris of Tylertown; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Jerry Turner, Richard Dunaway, Mitch Boyd, Todd Fortenberry, Tommy McKenzie and Jeff Broom. Honorary pallbearers were James Sparacello, Glenn McKenzie, Percy Lee, Farrell Sanford, Chad Smith of Brookhaven, Henry Norris and Tim Broom.

      Mrs. Holiday is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law: Olin and Wilda Holiday of Hattiesburg, and Ben Holiday of Tylertown; one daughter, Alyne Jackson of Tylertown; four grandchildren, Tracy Thomas of Clinton, Patricia Holiday of Atlanta, Ga., Brandi Jackson of Memphis, Tenn., and Chess Jackson of Starkville.

Ben Holiday, 65, of Tylertown, died March 1, 2002, at Walthall County General Hospital.

Services are 2 p.m. today at the Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home chapel. The Rev. Randall Griffin will officiate with Maxey Hill assisting. Burial will be in Rushing Cemetery.

Mr. Holiday was born May 21, 1936, in Walthall County, the son of the late Oliver Chestor and Ora Nell Lee Holiday.

He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and a propane gas inspector.

Mr. Holiday was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include one brother and sister-in-law, Olin and Wilda Holiday of Hattiesburg; one sister, Alyne Jackson of Tylertown; three nieces, Brandi Jackson, Tracy Thomas and Tricia Holiday; and one nephew, Chess Jackson.
